NOTES regarding Houston, St. Luke's parking and room info:
Park in the main south lot (easiest to enter from Edloe rather than Westheimer). Highly discourage using the parking garage because of a massive farmer’s market on Saturdays that makes that garage a zoo! There are two porte-cocheres visible from the lot. Enter at the main entrance porte-cochere (the larger one that’s also labeled “Main Entrance”), and there will be a check-in and registration table just inside with signs directing you to the Fellowship Hall.
We’ll be in the Fellowship Hall the whole day including lunch, which is on your own. Directors - there’s a coffee shop across the street from the church you might find handy. There is a funeral service in the afternoon, and other meetings throughout the day, so we’re requesting extra consideration on volume and behavior for the day.
NOTES regarding DFW location
Please see the campus map HERE. You will enter the F building, which is the first building to the right (south) of the flag poles. The school faces Hwy 157/Industrial Blvd. We will meet in the auditorium which is the first room on the right after you enter.
NOTES regarding LUBBOCK location
Registration will be in the lobby of Hemmie Recital Hall.
