There are no refunds for membership dues, scholarship donations and/or BBQ tickets, if applicable.  All other refund requests must be in writing. For refundable items, such as convention registration, refunds will be at 85% of the full amount, due to the cost of processing and credit card fees that are unavoidable.

  • Convention Pre-Registration – All approved refund requests will be refunded at 85%, with the exception of golf.  We cannot offer refunds of golf registration.  No refunds will be given on-site during the convention.
  • All refund requests made after convention must be requested in writing and received in the TCDA office within 30 days of the end of Convention.
  • We cannot issue refunds for souvenir items such as t-shirts, polos, mugs or water bottles. If possible, we will attempt an exchange if we have the item(s) in stock.
  • Honor Choir – as stated on the audition and registration forms, no refunds for any reason.
  • High School Student Day - no refunds due to costs to TCDA
  • Events/Seminars - no refunds due to costs to TCDA
