New Scholarships - In Endowment Process

Kathy Blair Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The family of Kathy Blair and TCDA are pleased to announce a goal of creating and establishing an endowed scholarship to honor Kathy Blair, an Austin, Texas-based vocal music teacher and gifted singer who died tragically at the age of 53. Fundraising for this endowment commenced in March 2019 and may take up to three years to reach the endowment goal.  The family hopes the scholarship will become a reality and continue her lifelong passion to make careers possible for those who wish to devote their lives to vocal music.  Please consider supporting this great effort for this to become another TCDA scholarship for years to come.

Lou Leonard Scholarship Fund for TCDA All-State/Honor Choir Participation

Family and friends of Lou Leonard are pleased to initiate the creation of a fund to provide financial assistance to selected students to participate in the annual TCDA MS/JH All-State and/or Elementary Honor Choirs.  All gifts toward this fund are greatly appreciated and will help ensure TCDA can remove financial barriers for some children who love to sing, so they can participate in the All-State or Honor Choirs.  Please consider a gift to help us create scholarships for children who wish to participate in one of TCDA's honor choirs.
