The TCDA membership year is January 1 - December 31, so it's time to kick off our membership renewal campaign for 2015.  It's easy!  Go to our website,, click "Join TCDA" or the Membership tab on the top of the page, and click on the box for Renew Membership for 2015.  You will need to log in using the username and password for your profile.  You should have received an email with your specific information included.

If you require a paper membership renewal form, those can be found and downloaded on our website on the "Membership" page.

With your login, you can access a membership directory and view the member benefits available to you. Please call our office if you have questions at 512-474-2801 or email us, [email protected] or [email protected]

Member Benefits

There are benefits to membership in addition to the annual convention.  Reacquaint yourself with some of the other benefits of TCDA membership, MEMBER BENEFITS.  We've recently added LegalShield, which offers legal services and identify theft protection at very affordable prices.

I Choose Joy!, by Jennifer Gallagher - MS/JH Division Vice President

Confession: sometimes I feel like such a Grinch during this whirlwind month of concerts, caroling, contests & candy canes! But one of my dearest friends has pledged to refrain from complaining during this holiday season and has committed to choosing JOY instead! We may not be able to change our gigantic to-do list or early morning alarms, but we can control our thoughts and attitudes.

One of the best ways for me to put my own life in perspective is by giving to others. I am sure many of you have seen this story circulating, and I encourage you to share it with your community and take part in spreading joy to a little girl in need. Addie Faucett (age 6) has a fatal brain condition and her family is asking for people to send her a “lifetime of Christmas cards” this holiday season.

Her story has touched my heart and this week, my choir students will learn about Addie and we will be designing cards to send to her. Addie’s story reminds me that I have many blessings to be thankful for and that I should use my resources and time for giving back to others.

If you’d like to contribute a greeting, send it to:

Fountain Green, UT 84632

Do you need a “positive reframe” for this holiday season? Many have described my personality as “cloudy, with a chance of rain”—so I get it if you are rolling your eyes right now! But, will you join me in the effort to “choose joy” this month? Share your stories on Facebook and #ichoosejoy!

Merry Christmas to you and your family from your TCDA board!
