2021 Convention Information and Registration

To provide the best possible experience for our members and coordinate printed materials, we are asking that members let us know how they plan to attend this summer's convention. While your decision to attend "in-person" or "virtually" can change at any time, it can impact the availability of music packets.  

Members that wish to change their attendance preference from "virtual" to "in-person," are asked to notify the TCDA office by June 15th. Members wishing to change from "in-person" to "virtual" are asked to do the same no later than July 1st.

PLEASE NOTE: Printed packets will ONLY be available for pick up at Convention.  If you should decide after June 15th that you cannot attend in person, we cannot issue any refunds due to committed printing costs.  We will not be able to mail printed packets.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to continued social distancing requirements and for the safety of all our members and attendees, we cannot accommodate guests this year. Therefore, no guest tickets are available for purchase for spouses, adult children or small children.  Child care will not be provided.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may pose to any of our members.

Hotel Reservation Information 

The following hotels are the official 2021 TCDA Convention hotels.  All hotels have FURTHER DISCOUNTED their convention rates from previous years to encourage YOU to return to San Antonio this July!  These special rates will be available until July 7.  We have contracted with each hotel for a specific number of rooms and once those rooms are filled, these discounted rates will not be available to TCDA.
