REFUND POLICY


There are no refunds for membership dues, scholarship donations and/or BBQ tickets, if applicable.  All refunds must be requested in writing. 

  • Convention Pre-Registration – Approved requests made prior to July 1 will be refunded in total.  Requests made after July 1, if approved, will be refunded at 85%, with the exception of golf.  No refunds will be given on-site during the convention.
  • We cannot issue refunds for souvenir items such as t-shirts, polos, mugs or water bottles. If possible, we will attempt an exchange if we have the item(s) in stock.
  • Honor Choir – as stated on the audition and registration forms, no refunds for any reason.
  • All refund requests made after convention must be requested in writing and received in the TCDA office within 30 days of the end of Convention.
