CHORAL DIRECTORS:
The new on-line system will open on Feb. 15 for TCDA Choral Directors to renew membership and/or to join.

The new system requires that you've renewed or joined for the 2012-2013 year before you can register for the Convention.

Are you receiving Choral Notes?  TCDA announces a new partnership with MultiBriefs to publish Choral Notes, a free, opt-out email resource that will provide comprehensive weekly news for choral directors and music teachers. Choral Notes is a great way to stay informed with issues pertaining to choral music. The electronic publication can be read easily in your office, home or via your mobile phone.

Online Membership Services

We've been working on the new and improved website and development of a new online service for members.  Membership renewal for the 2012-2013 year will begin in February and can all be done online.  Registration for the 2012 Convention will also begin in February and wil also be online. TCDA is approved by the State Board for Education Certification as a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provider.


The mission of TCDA is to support and foster the success of Texas choral directors and music teachers and to instill a love of music in every Texas school, church, and community singer.

TCDA is an affiliated state member of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) and its Southwest Division (SWACDA).

GoArts! is a campaign to electronically gather a list of tens of thousands of registered voters in the state of Texas who believe it is the state’s responsibility to fund fine arts education in our schools.
